Server Engineer

Full-time server engineer, working on the development and maintenance of game backend systems and services.

Annual Salary

4-8 Million JPY

Description of Role

You will be collaborating with the production and game development team to develop backend services for lowiro projects. The role will also involve monitoring operations and troubleshooting to ensure system availability and service quality.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in professional software development
• Proven experience using relevant technologies such as Node.js (Javascript and Typescript), MongoDB, and Redis
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and deployment tooling (AWS, Docker, CI/CD pipelines)
• An interest in mobile games and willingness to contribute across the full engineering stack

Favorable skills

• Experience in web development (frontend and backend) in a cloud-hosted environment
• Familiarity with mobile game development (iOS and Android)
• Simplified Chinese reading and working proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin)
